Michele Stange started her career as a strategy consultant before discovering that the most interesting work happens not in the slides but in the room where execution actually occurs. That discovery shaped everything that followed.

Over the past decade, Michele has worked alongside founders, executives, and leadership teams to translate ambitious strategy into concrete operating rhythms. She specializes in the messy middle — the space between "here's the plan" and "here's what shipped" — and has developed a pragmatic toolkit for navigating it.

Michele co-founded The Execution Suite because she kept having the same conversation over and over: smart people with great plans struggling to make them real. She believes that execution is a skill, not a personality trait, and that it can be taught, practiced, and improved by anyone willing to be honest about where the friction lives.
